Kansas Foreclosure Homes Tour

I will be holding a Kansas Foreclosure Homes Tour this coming Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 1:00 till 3:00. If you wish to be a part of the tour you will need to contact me so that you can be included. Just write TOUR in the comments section so I will know that’s what you want.
We will meet at a designated foreclosure or HUD owned home and from there go look at 3-4 more. I will be selecting the homes we will see on Sunday. So you will need to fill out the contact form so I can email you on Saturday afternoon all the details. Again, as stated above, write TOUR in the comments section.
This could be a lot of fun and eye opening for you as we walk through the homes and we do some quick estimates as to what needs fixing, what will the costs be and what the After Repair Value will be. Give me a call if you have any questions.
